Log into your ADRIAN account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your registered Saudi Arabian address.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
